Your mission will be to act as our main point of contact for our customers during their time with Planet’s contract life cycle and own your focus on customer value, retention and satisfaction. You will help customers maximize the value of Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions, ensuring that they can effectively integrate Planet data into their workflows for applications.The ideal candidate will have experience working with South Korea and ANZ military and/ or government agencies, and a great ability to navigate complex government structures, decision-making processes, and interagency relationships. Develop and execute Success Plans that define clear KPIs for the customer, ensuring their "Mission Success" is quantifiable and visible to their leadership, and achieve value expansion by identifying new customers use cases.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>4+ years of experience working directly with the South Korean, or ANZ Defence Forces and/or Federal Government agencies. You understand the nuances of the South Korean and ANZ government procurement landscape and bureaucratic decision-making.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.</li><li>A solid grasp of GIS, remote sensing, or satellite imagery applications.
