<p>42watt is your contact for all measures relating to energy-oriented refurbishment. Our experienced energy consultants help you independent of manufacturers. We determine which refurbishment measures make sense and how they can be implemented as cost-effectively as possible.</p> <p>The real estate sector plays a central role in achieving the climate targets. According to calculations, there is a gap of 152 million tonnes to the climate target if the building sector is not refurbished. At 42watt, our mission is to reduce energy consumption per square metre to below 42kWh per year. This is the amount needed to meet the climate targets for the building sector by 2045.</p> <p>We are an ambitious team of experienced energy consultants, engineers and architects. With years of experience from daily practice, we determine the best possible subsidies for your renovation and recommend suitable craftsbusinesses. Our cooperation is characterised by personal contact, so you always know who your direct contact at 42watt is.</p>
