ensure accurate client/trader onboarding.</li><li>Asia NDF e‑Markets SME: Provide expert support across Asia 1‑month NDF electronic markets, ensuring seamless trade execution in high‑volume conditions.</li><li>Act as the primary escalation point for high-impact trade and platform issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.</li></ul>Incident &amp; Problem Management<ul><li>Take full ownership of internal and client-facing platform issues from start to finish.</li><li>Investigate, resolve, escalate, and follow up on incidents while keeping stakeholders informed throughout.</li><li>Log all incidents in ServiceNow with complete documentation to support compliance and audit needs.</li><li>Analyse root causes and identify trends to prevent recurring issues.</li><li>Encourage proactive monitoring to catch and fix problems before they affect users.</li></ul>Stakeholder &amp; Client Engagement<ul><li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (trading desks, compliance, IT, product) and external clients (banks, brokers).</li><li>Represent the Market Administration function in regional and global forums, contributing to platform strategy and roadmap planning.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities, enhancements, and best practices.</li></ul>Platform Enhancement &amp; Change Management<ul><li>Collaborate with Product Management and Technology teams to identify and implement workflow and system improvements.</li><li>Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for new software releases, ensuring minimal disruption to trading operations.</li><li>Coordinate out-of-hours support for major releases, upgrades, and holiday coverage as required.</li></ul>Risk &amp; Knowledge<ul><li>Prior similar experience at a bank or financial‑technology vendor supporting high‑volume electronic trading operations.</li><li>Proven experience supporting FX/NDF(preferred) or other asset class within electronic trading platform operations or front‑office environments.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex systems, lead teams, and resolve high-impact incidents.</li><li>Knowledge of OTC markets and electronic trading platforms (workflows and connectivity).</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>FIX protocol familiarity (preferred).</li><li>System log and XML analysis for trade/message troubleshooting.</li><li>Basic network tracing (e.g., path/latency checks) to support incident triage.</li><li>Trading systems, system administration exposure, data processing and MS Office.</li><li>ServiceNow (incident/problem/change), change control and runbook execution.</li></ul>Leadership &amp;
