Responsibilities:<ul><li>Experience using 2D and 3D CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)</li><li>Equipment introduction, installation, set up, initial operation and commissioning for mass production lines</li><li>Process design and optimization, development and improvement of manufacturing processes, cycle time reduction and productivity enhancement</li><li>Support NPI and transition to mass production</li><li>Stabilize process conditions, ensure product quality, Pilot production and validation</li><li>Quality improvement, cost reduction activities</li><li>Root-cause analysis and corrective actions</li><li>Process optimization through DOE and data analysis</li><li>Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation</li><li>Standardize manufacturing processes, Operator training and technical support</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Robotics Engineering with 4+ years of related work experience and strong process knowledge.</li><li>4–5 years of industrial experience in automated manufacturing preferred.</li><li>Experience with automated manufacturing lines, including Vision system, MES, CTS, Laser, Robot, and secondary battery equipment.</li><li>English communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and internal/external partners.</li><li>Passion for problem-solving, troubleshooting, and continuous learning.</li><li>Hands-on, independent, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges.</li><li>Experience in secondary battery manufacturing, process engineering, equipment, and cell design is a plus.</li></ul>
