You will act as a lead storyteller, translating our global impact and technology breakthroughs into compelling content that engages partners, policymakers, and the press. Joining our global Marketing team means working at the fast-paced intersection of technology and transit, where your creativity directly shapes how the world perceives the future of mobility.About the Role:<ul><li>Architect Via’s global media strategy, defining the narrative and growth goals for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and PR to solidify our position as a category leader.</li><li>Lead "on-the-ground" asset generation, traveling to partner sites to shoot and edit original, social-first video and photo content that brings our mission to life.</li><li>Concept and launch digital ad campaigns, bringing fresh, creative thinking to our paid media efforts to reach key buyers and influencers globally.</li><li>Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop social strategies that amplify our vision through individual voices.</li><li>Orchestrate digital press coordination, pitching and liaising with media during key events to ensure our digital presence and press coverage are aligned.</li><li>Optimize performance through data-driven insights, tracking platform KPIs and analyzing trends to continuously refine our content and engagement strategies.</li></ul>About You:<ul><li>Minimum of 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a proven track record of growing diverse, professional audiences.</li><li>Content generator who is technically proficient in cinematography (mobile), video editing (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Figma) to produce high-quality assets independently.</li><li>Expert writer and editor with the ability to translate complex technology, policy, and impact-driven work into human-centered, shareable narratives.</li><li>Adept at media relations and coordination, excited to navigate press events and manage real-time community engagement.</li><li>Self-starter who thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their projects from concept to delivery.</li><li>Mission-driven collaborator based in our New York City HQ, comfortable with occasional travel for field-based content capture.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
