Scope of workThe Consultant will be responsible for completing the following tasks:Task 1: Emergency Response Planning<ul><li>Identify and define emergency scenarios, including but not limited to fire, explosion, equipment failure, and other operational incidents;</li><li>Develop emergency response procedures (SOPs) for each scenario;</li><li>Establish an Incident Command Structure (ICS) with clear roles and responsibilities;</li><li>Develop evacuation procedures, escape routes, and assembly points;</li><li>Define communication protocols and emergency contact systems;</li><li>Provide recommendations for training and emergency drills.</li></ul>Task 2: Fire Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis<ul><li>Conduct fire hazard identification and fire load assessment for key areas;</li><li>Define fire risk zoning across the facility;</li><li>Identify potential ignition sources and fire propagation pathways;</li><li>Assess existing fire protection measures (if any);</li><li>Perform a gap analysis against applicable standards and regulations (e.g., QCVN/TCVN or equivalent)</li></ul>Task 3: Integrated Fire Safety Technical Assessment and System Configuration<ul><li>Preparation of fire protection layout drawings indicating key components (e.g., hydrants, extinguishers, detection devices, alarm points, and evacuation routes);</li><li>Development of fire water supply and distribution concepts, including storage and pumping arrangements;</li><li>Preparation of system schematics for fire detection and alarm systems;</li><li>Identification and configuration of appropriate fire suppression systems (e.g., hydrant, sprinkler, or other relevant systems);</li><li>Indicative calculations to validate system adequacy (e.g., water demand, coverage, and response capacity);</li><li>Development of equipment lists and technical specifications.</li></ul>
