Reporting directly to the Head of Department in our multidisciplinary High Rise &amp; Complex Buildings team, you will be involved on projects from the initial design concept through to detailed design, supervision, and quality assurance of structures. As a part of a global spearhead, you can expect to be working on projects across the Nordics and Europe, in sectors such as commercial, leisure and residential developments. Your key responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Technical design of structures to European and International norms.</li><li>Carrying out onsite supervision and quality assurance.</li><li>Supporting the use of digital tools using a range of proprietary and in-house software.</li><li>Acting as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.</li></ul>Your new teamYou will become a part of our global spearhead, High Rise &amp; Complex Buildings, situated in our Buildings market. We are responsible for all Ramboll projects greater than 70m tall and all buildings with a complex architecture. We have extensive global experience in project delivery from the initial concept phase to final completion and handover.We are based in the Ramboll HQ in Ørestaden in Copenhagen but are involved in projects across the world. Examples of projects include: Bella Sky (Denmark), Lighthouse 2.0 (Denmark), Mindet 6 (Denmark), 2 Finsbury Avenue (UK), City Life (Italy), Marmormolen (Denmark), and Kaj 16 (Sweden).  Joining us, you will become a part of a skilled team of professional building engineers, where collaboration is not only encouraged but essential to ensure success and continuous professional development. These include:<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience with design of complex structures using European codes of practice. Knowledge of Danish building projects is an advantage.</li><li>Experience and/or knowledge and interest in tall and complex building constructions.</li><li>Ability to develop practical solutions which contribute to the project vision.</li><li>International mindset.</li><li>Good communication skills in English.
