You ensure that the local SWE Service team works in a coordinated, efficient, and customer‑focused way—even when the Service Manager is frequently traveling or engaged in other strategic responsibilities. By combining technical understanding with team supervision, you help secure service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
