Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Key Responsibilities  <ul><li>Overall ownership of NDB area in shifts, ensuring smooth machine operation</li><li>To take care of trouble shooting of  NDB line - Strip brush machine, winder, sealing machine and related processes.</li><li>Ensures that production is taken at specified production rate as well as products meet the specification criteria .</li><li>To ensure work allocation in shifts and ensure that shift personnel are fully complying with the duties. Critical review and necessary action in shift operations</li><li>Escalates any issue related to Machine, Quality , Production and Manpower to the Senior .</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities  <ul><li>Coordination with all departments for manpower utilisation and reporting of all operations.</li><li>Ensure all production data is gathered and reported correctly on a daily basis</li><li>Ensuring general discipline,maintain 5S on shop floor and takes care of safety of Employees.</li><li>Conform to the Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Policy, manual, standard operating procedures, work instructions and continued improvement.</li><li>Notifying the HSE’s  team and or SEO of opportunities for improvement on areas of risk.</li></ul>Organization  <ul><li>Reports to: Supervisor </li></ul>Interactions<ul><li>Expected to interact with Quality, Stores, HR and Planning .</li><li>No interaction with external parties</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Work Experience and Education  <ul><li>Degree / Diploma in  Mechanical engineering  with min 3 years experience in production line of fast moving household products.</li></ul>Specific knowledge<ul><li>Good Knowledge in Excel</li><li>Good Skill in communication   </li></ul>Specific competencies   <ul><li>Motivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work </li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail </li><li>Priorities setting capabilities, time management and flexibility </li><li>Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition, speed and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks </li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
