Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible for higher productivity of inbound and outbound shipments to control inventory as well as effective use of various resources.</li><li>Maintained Min-Max stock levels of defined items.</li><li>Responsible for monitoring COGI (Control over goods issue) through various inputs like SAP and MES and highlighting the differences to concern departmental head.</li><li>Carry out Cyclic inventory counts &amp; Yearly stock take activities with higher degree of accuracy and suggest changes in system for prevention of differences as well as accurate bookkeeping records all the time.</li><li>To carry out SAP WMS operational activities on daily basis to have better control over internal goods movements.</li></ul>Additional responsibilities:<ul><li>Participate in QSHE-16 Audit as well as other mandatory audits and implement the suggestion and changes in respective areas.</li><li>Maintained HSE protocols in warehouses and designated areas.</li><li>Propose Improvement through lean techniques in Warehouse related Process and its establishment through SOP’s.</li><li>Slob Materials liquidation.</li><li>Prepare Daily, Bi-weekly, Monthly MIS reports as per requirement.</li><li>Participate in lean internal audits, statutory stock audits and other audits as per requirement</li></ul>Organization:<ul><li>Directly Reports to: Senior Manager SCM</li><li>No of Direct Reportes: 9</li></ul>Interaction :<ul><li>WH Team members</li><li>Procurement/Purchase team</li><li>Production Team</li><li>Subcontractors/ Suppliers</li><li>Finance &amp; A/C Team</li><li>Quality Team</li><li>Sales WH’s Team</li><li>HSE &amp; Lean</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Education Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelors in material management, BBA or MBA, Plastic engineering or relevant courses in the field of inventory &amp; Logistic management.</li><li>At least 5-6 years of job experience of managing medium size warehouse particularly in manufactuting environment or 3PL/4PL</li></ul>Skill :<ul><li>Strong in SAP especially WH’s &amp; Production Module as well as MES.</li><li>Strong skill related Material receipt, Issue, and consumption in production environment.</li><li>Product knowledge and it’s BOM components.</li><li>Fluent in Local Languages and good in English Communication.</li><li>Proven negotiation skill.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skill</li><li>Proactive attitude for solving problems in shorter time period.</li><li>Fast learner and adaptable on different site conditions.</li><li>Anticipation skill.</li><li>Very good at Microsoft office productivity tools like Excel, word, power point, Outlook, one notes.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
