<ul><li>A global multidisciplinary consultancy with 16,000+ professionals across 40+ countries</li><li>Delivering complex transport and infrastructure solutions worldwide</li><li>Be part of a major roads, highways, tunnels, and bridge infrastructure project</li></ul>About SMEC:SMEC, a member of the Surbana Jurong Group, is a global engineering and development consultancy delivering infrastructure and environmental solutions across international markets.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist (Lot 2) to support construction supervision activities for a major infrastructure project involving roads, tunnels, and bridges.This opportunity is part of a project currently at the EOI stage, and we are engaging with qualified professionals in preparation for a potential project award.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support environmental management and monitoring across the project</li><li>Ensure compliance with environmental requirements of civil works contracts</li><li>Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to environmental standards and regulations</li><li>Assist in reviewing contractor environmental plans and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with the Senior Environmental Specialist on all environmental matters</li><li>Prepare environmental reports and maintain proper documentation</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience</li><li>Experience in supervision and monitoring of internationally funded projects</li><li>Good knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements</li><li>Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills</li></ul>Why Join SMEC?Join a global, multidisciplinary consultancy shaping sustainable, people-centric environments across 40+ countries.
