In order to support our operations in Europe, we are looking for an experienced Territory Sales and Marketing Manager who will manage mainly the Nordic countries, Netherlands and Romania.The role will need to be based in Sweden or Netherlands, international business travel is required in this position at an estimate of 40%.  How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Responsibility for Sales and Marketing of the full I&amp;C portfolio within allocated countries for 3rd party transformer OEMs. Also accountable for delivering OR budget for all applicable I&amp;C factories, for direct customers and also end-customers</li><li>Conduct technical trainings for all types of customers. Product Portfolio will include: high voltage bushings, non-condenser core bushings, on-load tap changers, transformer insulation, transformer digital monitoring portfolio and measuring and safety devices</li><li>Liaise with our I&amp;C factories globally in order that quotations and proper technical support are provided. Manage product customization projects.</li><li>Liaise with Utilities in order to homologate and have approved I&amp;C portfolio, clarify tender specifications</li><li>Feed Market Intelligence to I&amp;C factories, to our Global Product Group and to our local product managers</li><li>Provide a regular forecast on OR per country for the full I&amp;C portfolio</li><li>Collaborate with Hitachi Energy Sales channels and also 3rd parties on Service projects</li><li>Create synergies between I&amp;C factories in order to increase sales volumes per project</li><li>Support all promotional Marketing events in Europe organised by I&amp;C Product line Marketing</li></ul> Your background<ul><li>University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in a technical discipline, ideally Electrical or Mechanical engineering plus further qualification in business administration</li><li>More than 5 years of experience in technical and international sales and marketing, supporting multiple products, customers and countries.</li><li>Market or product knowledge in the field of power transformers or distribution transformers insulation and components is essential</li><li>Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling across systems, solutions, products and service categories.</li><li>Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms.</li><li>Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, customer-focused. Ability to establish and manage long-term customer relationships. Excellent planning and organization skills</li><li>Sound knowledge of MS Office and CRM, preferably Salesforce</li><li>Business fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written, is a must.
