Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to support our growing portfolio of Design &amp; Build (D&amp;B) projects within the Transportation sector (Railway, Aviation, Marine, and Civil &amp; Structural). This role will bridge the gap between consultant-led design and contractor execution, ensuring that design outputs are practical, buildable, and aligned with contractor methodologies. The position can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore, depending on the candidate’s market experience. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage multi-disciplinary design teams across infrastructure projects.</li><li>Drive design delivery in Design &amp; Build environments.</li><li>Interface closely with contractors to ensure constructability and efficient delivery.</li><li>Drive construction innovation of the infrastructure design works and to improve constructability and design for safety in development of design.</li><li>Provide guidance to internal teams on contractor expectations (drawings, detailing standards, submission formats, buildability considerations).</li><li>Liaise/coordinate with other design team and stakeholders and external design partners.</li><li>Able to drive and deliver modular construction technology (MIC).</li></ul>
