now looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Hattem.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring correct process execution and prioritization, with a strong focus on the quality of processing, storage, and shipment preparation of goods. Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as a point of contact for colleagues within the department</li><li>Ensure progress in processing and shipping activities</li><li>Answer questions from employees and supervisors</li><li>Ensure processes are executed in line with customer requirements, including communication with sales and procurement</li><li>Escalate issues in case of process delays</li><li>Check incoming parts and assemblies for quantity, coding, preservation, and transport damage</li><li>Process accompanying documentation in the Warehouse Management System (SAP)</li><li>Inform quality inspection in case of damage or deviations and provide materials for inspection</li><li>Register materials and ensure correct system status</li><li>Store incoming goods at designated locations using transport equipment</li><li>Collect materials from warehouse locations</li><li>Ensure correct labeling according to order specifications</li><li>Consolidate orders and check for completeness and accuracy</li><li>Package materials according to specifications (weight, size, preservation)</li><li>Perform final quality checks and prepare shipments</li><li>Perform administrative follow-up and system updates in SAP</li><li>Verify correct SAP process execution and report deviations</li><li>Count materials and process quantities according to procedures</li><li>Work in accordance with safety regulations as described in the QESH manual</li><li>Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained within the department</li><li>Manage and issue personal protective equipment</li><li>Maintain tools, lifting equipment, and packaging machines</li><li>Report process deviations to Operations
