Duties include analysis of income statements, balance sheets, and equity transactions, preparation of financial statements, and general accounting support for financed and non-financed projects.</li><li>Prepare monthly draw packages for assigned construction projects.</li><li>Utilize financial reporting software to create, maintain, and update reporting templates and data queries.</li><li>Prepare and maintain adequate documentation to support financial statement assertions and the performance of internal control over financial reporting.</li><li>Support the business by providing accurate general ledger account coding for construction projects.</li><li>Support the corporate accounting teams with ad hoc requests, including fixed asset form preparation.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements of multiple construction projects in accordance with GAAP to comply with the reporting requirements of the lender and ownership agreements, which include tax equity and cash equity ownership structures.</li><li>In close collaboration with other technical accounting professionals, assist with researching technical accounting and reporting matters, accounting principles, and financial reporting rules.</li><li>Collaborate with and respond to ad hoc requests from key stakeholders within the organization (e.g., Treasury, Portfolio Finance, Construction).
