We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.About the roleThe Supply Chain Planning Manager leads end-to-end supply chain performance through strategic inventory planning, supplier management, and data-driven decision-making—optimising working capital, service, and operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement inventory optimisation strategies to balance service levels, working capital, and supply risk.</li><li>Oversee daily supply chain operations, including demand planning, replenishment, order management, fulfilment, and material coordination.</li><li>Manage relationships with key suppliers and intercompany factories.</li><li>Oversee supplier performance frameworks, focusing on delivery reliability, lead times, quality compliance, and responsiveness.</li><li>Develop supply chain personnel through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.</li><li>Drive DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) performance and implement backorder reduction strategies.</li><li>Promote a safe working environment and consistently practice safe behaviours.</li></ul>Skills and Experience: <ul><li>Degree in Supply Chain, Business or other related field.</li><li>7+ years’ experience leading a Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Customer Service team.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Experience in spare parts, including but not limited to pipes and pumps, in an Engineering environment is preferable.</li><li>An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.</li><li>Experience, knowledge, and understanding of digital systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul>Benefits: <ul><li>Company Bonus Program</li><li>Subsidised Health Insurance for you and your immediate family</li><li>Gym Membership discounts and other wellbeing benefits</li><li>Company-funded Income Protection.</li><li>Training and Career Development</li><li>Opportunity to make a difference and become part of Xylem's volunteer program “Watermark”.</li></ul>Apply Now to become part of a loyal, hardworking team and join us on our journey to solve water!Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
