You’ll Execute administrative tasks, including purchase order (PO) requests for parts, shop, and operating supplies for Service Centers in Canada.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as Operation Administrator: <ul><li>You will be working out of the Toronto or Edmonton Service center</li><li>Execute administrative tasks, including purchase order (PO) requests for parts, shop, and operating supplies for all Canadian Service centers</li><li>Support financial functions for the Operations team, including but not limited to daily purchasing transactions</li><li>Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) and cross-functional teams</li><li>Connect with vendors for goods delivery and manage shipment inquiries to ensure timely supply distribution</li><li>Build strong vendor relationships to streamline purchasing activities and maintain effective coordination</li><li>Provide basic reporting and analysis for management, assisting with procurement process updates as needed</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience</li><li>Strong multitasking, adaptability, and communication skills across diverse professional environments</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, BASWARE, M3 Cloudsuite, i2B, PowerBi, and SharePoint preferred </li><li>Excellent organizational skills, maintaining ambitious standards for work process organization</li><li>Strong customer service skills, with quick adaptability to system updates and minimal supervision required</li><li>Supply chain and Operations experience preferred</li><li>Bilingual (French is preferred)</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>On location initially - Hybrid Schedule available after 1 year</li><li>Hourly rate range with some overtime availability</li><li>Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance</li><li>No cost medical plan option available </li><li>Paid training programs</li><li>Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement </li><li>Safety-focused culture </li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
