Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>Competitive compensation package  </li><li>$85,000- $120,000 salary compensation</li><li>Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance </li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available  </li><li>Paid training programs </li><li>Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement  </li><li>Safety-focused culture   </li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>You will base out of our Lemont, IL. service center to manage a team of 20+ technical employees, providing functional and technical support while ensuring adherence to safety practices and quality standards </li><li>Oversee scheduling, coordinating fleet and staff deployment for daily projects in the shop, and maintaining inventory accuracy and cycle counts </li><li>Ensure that facilities are safe, clean, and operational; handle purchase orders and service execution; manage fleet maintenance, availability, and reliability </li><li>Drive repair efficiencies through repair plan accuracy and forecasting accurate repair completion to meet deadlines.</li><li>Drive adherence to business practices, cost controls, and company policies to ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and harmony  </li><li>Provide reporting and analysis for the Service Center Manager, maintain electronic timesheets, and technician time variance.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Minimum of an associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation, HVAC industry, and/or equipment rental  </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP system  </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, customer service and Leadership skills  </li><li>Strong organizational skills and Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities  </li><li>Management experience in a diverse and technical environment required </li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
