As a <strong>Field Service Engineer</strong>, you will play a key role in supporting our customers on-site, ensuring our solutions operate reliably throughout their lifecycle.<br><br>This is a <strong>2-year fixed-term position</strong>, perfect for engineers who enjoy fieldwork, technical problem-solving, and seeing the direct impact of their work. To feel comfortable in this role and grow with it, your background should look something like this:</div><br><ul><li>Technical education or degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, electronics, or a comparable field</li><li>Initial hands-on experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of technical systems, ideally in renewables</li><li>Solid understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation</li><li>Polish C1 and English B2 according to CEFR</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently within Poland and work on-site at customer locations</li><li>Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills</li></ul></div>
