This role ensures that processes, workflows, and system configurations support effective execution of APQP, LQP, supplier quality activities, audits, and risk management. </span></span><span><span>This position partners closely with Supplier Quality, Engineering, Operations, IT, and external suppliers, and serves as a </span><span>subject</span></span>‑<span><span>matter</span><span> expert for QMS tools and platforms (e.g., </span><span>Auros</span><span> or equivalent).</span></span><span> </span></p><div> </div><div><strong>You Will:</strong></div><div><ul><li><span>Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and performance of the QMS platform. </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Ensure the QMS effectively supports APQP, LQP, supplier assessments, risk management, and corrective actions.</span></li><li><span>Maintain alignment between documented quality processes and system workflows.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with security policies.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Configure and support supplier facing workflows, data capture, reporting, and dashboards. </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Identify system gaps and drive continuous improvement in partnership with IT and QMS vendors. </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Support UAT, testing, and deployment of system enhancements.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support for internal users and suppliers.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Support internal and external audits by ensuring traceability, documentation, and compliance.</span><span> </span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span><strong>You Bring:</strong></span></p></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. </li><li>8+ years of experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, or QMS‑related roles. </li><li>Hands‑on experience with enterprise QMS platforms (e.g., Auros or similar). </li><li>Proven working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, LQP, AIAG, IATF, and supplier risk management. </li><li>Proven experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and quality teams. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined process execution.</li><li>Experience supporting supplier‑facing QMS workflows. </li><li>Exposure to QMS system administration or configuration (non‑developer). </li><li>Experience with KPI tracking, dashboards, and performance metrics.</li><li>Experience working with global or regional teams. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
