With a positive attitude, we can provide you with the training, knowledge and experience to succeed. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Work with an established production team to build acoustic transmitters </li><li>Assemble miniature electronics and small mechanical parts </li><li>Work under a microscope, with a steady hand and an eye for detail </li><li>Learn build processes for multiple products and stations</li><li>Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement projects </li><li>Ensure production standards, quality, and safety are maintained at every step </li><li>Maintain an organized workspace </li><li>Operate within standard operating procedures and to quality standards</li><li>All required training is provided </li></ul>What We’re Looking For <ul><li>Grade 12 or equivalent experience and capability </li><li>Proficient with Windows operating system </li><li>Basic computing skills: Email and file/folder navigation </li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work on repetitive tasks</li><li>Work well in a team environment, as well as use your own initiative</li><li>Operate with safety as a priority</li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Adaptable to change</li><li>Ability to sit for long periods of time with ability to move around</li><li>Ability to learn and operate machinery</li></ul> BenefitsOur full-time employees enjoy a range of benefits that support work-life balance, health, and long-term success.
