This position ensures high availability, security, and performance across enterprise systems while driving automation, operational consistency, and scalability. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical depth, cross-platform integration skills, and a proactive approach to system reliability and modernization. This position is located in Dyersburg, TN or Athens, GA. Relocation Assistance is provided.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul> <li>Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and associated security and compliance features.</li> <li>Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity solutions integrated with Azure Entra ID.</li> <li>Operate and optimize Azure resources, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and governance configurations to support secure cloud operations.</li> <li>Administer Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure, ensuring cluster performance, capacity planning, replication health, and lifecycle management.</li> <li>Leverage NinjaOne for proactive endpoint monitoring, patch management, scripting, and asset reporting, reducing downtime and improving operational visibility.</li> <li>Support privileged access management via Delinea (formerly Thycotic), implementing least-privilege access, credential vaulting, and policy-based controls.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, implementing proactive measures to improve reliability and user experience.</li> <li>Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration, compliance alignment, and system interoperability.</li> <li>Participate in ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management, contributing to continual service improvement.</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation, including configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.</li> <li>Support disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring resilience and rapid restoration of platform services.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Required Qualifications<ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years experience required.</li> <li>Proven experience administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments in enterprise settings.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Nutanix infrastructure, including Prism Central, replication, and performance tuning.</li> <li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, and firewall concepts.</li> <li>Familiarity with ITIL framework and enterprise service management principles.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑resolution skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.</li></ul>Preferred QualificationsCertifications:<ul> <li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104) or Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS‑102)</li> <li>Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP)</li> <li>ITIL v4 Foundation Certification</li> <li>Delinea PAM Administrator or CompTIA Security+</li></ul>Additional Preferred Experience:<ul> <li>Experience with NinjaOne endpoint management, automation scripting (PowerShell, Python), and patch deployment strategies.</li> <li>Familiarity with HYCU backup and recovery systems and Azure Site Recovery (ASR).</li> <li>Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, identity governance, and role‑based access control (RBAC) in hybrid environments.</li> <li>Background supporting multi‑site or distributed enterprise infrastructures.</li></ul>Join ERMCO and TRANSFORM your career.<h2>Job Locations</h2>US-TN-Dyersburg US-GA-Athens
