We embrace world class methodologies and technologies, including information rich Building Information Modelling (BIM), energy modelling and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to facilitate more efficient ways of working and design at all stages of the project life-cycle.As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire an inspirational MEP Design Manager to work closely with the general PM/DM team and other discipline leads and coordinate the delivery of high-quality construction projects. In this role, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure the technical excellence of our engineering solutions, and act as a trusted technical partner to our clients throughout the entire design process. Your mission is to deliver high‑quality, efficient, and coordinated MEP designs, strengthening AECOM’s reputation and contributing to the long‑term success of our building engineering practice.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and support a multidisciplinary MEP team to deliver high-quality building and infrastructure projects, ensuring client satisfaction and technical excellence.</li><li>Deliver, review and approve engineering solutions.</li><li>Act as the key liaison between the client and AECOM, ensuring effective communication and strong, long-term relationships.</li><li>Ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget.</li><li>Plan and schedule project activities in coordination with the Planning Engineer.</li><li>Identify project changes and support the Project Manager with technical justification.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other disciplines, such as Architecture and Structural Engineering.</li><li>Continuously enhance technical expertise within the team and individually.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>A hybrid working model (2–3 days/week in office, depending on project needs).</li><li>Flexible working hours to support work-life balance.</li><li>The opportunity to grow your career within a global company, collaborating with key stakeholders across AECOM’s international network.</li><li>A very positive and collaborative working environment, where teamwork and mutual support are part of our culture.</li><li>Interesting benefits package</li></ul>
