Using Primavera P6, the role ensures milestones are achievable, interfaces are coordinated, risks are visible, and executive reporting supports timely decisions.Accountabilities Baseline Development &amp; Logic ArchitectureBuild a multi level WBS and an integrated Level 3/4 CPM schedule in P6 with appropriate calendars, constraints, and logic.Reflect the metro lifecycle: design → civil construction → E&amp;M/track → rolling stock delivery → static/dynamic tests → pre revenue trial runningPeriodic Updates &amp; Performance ForecastingConsolidate subcontractors’ updates (weekly/biweekly/monthly), maintain actuals and logic, and monitor Longest Path / Total Float / Near critical paths.Produce S curves, look ahead plans, manpower histograms, and trend charts for management review.Align schedule to key milestones, access date, interface control point.Run schedule check for negative float, excessive hard constraints to ensure contractual compliance.Reporting: lead the schedule segment of progress meetings; deliver concise dashboards, variance explanations, and corrective action plans.Delay Forensics &amp; Claims SupportPerform time impact analysis against the approved baseline, quantify critical path impact, prepare EOT substantiation, and propose recovery/acceleration options (fast tracking, resequencing, resource reallocation, extended shifts).Complete other tasks assign by lead, if required.Required Skills/ Knowledge<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Transportation, Project Management, or related fields.
