You will oversee program performance from inception through delivery while ensuring adherence to governance, budget, schedule, and quality standards.                                                                                                           YOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:Program Leadership &amp; Execution<ul><li>Manage full lifecycle execution of programs-concept, development, design, testing, production, deployment, and closure.</li><li>Develop integrated program plans including schedules, cost models, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Product, Finance, and Government Affairs to align program execution with business strategy.</li><li>Drive enterprise and/or government-funded programs with high visibility and complexity.</li></ul>Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Serve as a primary liaison for program stakeholders including internal executives, external agencies, and suppliers.</li><li>Engage contracting officers, technical leads, and program managers to ensure alignment and deliver excellence.</li><li>Conduct executive-level briefings and program reviews.</li></ul>Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance frameworks (FAR/DFARS, ITAR, CMMI, etc.).</li><li>Lead risk assessments, contingency planning, and corrective actions for complex issues.</li><li>Manage Earned Value Management (EVM), forecasting, and performance metrics.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Provide guidance to project teams and influence PMO practices and tools.</li><li>Contribute to program framework development and digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field and eight (8) or more years of relevant experience (equivalent to fourteen (14) years total in education and experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role. </li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with significant financial, operational, or technical impact.</li><li>Experience leading in matrixed environments.</li><li>Master’s degree (MBA, Engineering Management, or related).</li><li>PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Agile certification.</li><li>Defense Acquisition University (DAU) training or equivalent.</li><li>Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, CMMI, PDP/APQP.</li><li>Background in portfolio management and innovation strategy.</li><li>Experience with ERP, MES, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel (macros, pivot tables).</li><li>Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.</li><li>Oversight of global teams and international suppliers.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed.</li></ul>#LI-AG1Pay Range:$103,300.00 - $177,700.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
