Role Summary: Lead and champion operations wide process improvement initiatives to achieve improved production processes, reduced wastage and improved quality leading to improved efficiencies at work.This role will play a pivotal role in driving Continuous Improvement initiatives at respective site. This position reports to the Head of Industry 4.0 &amp; OE. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and analytical problem solver, capable of simplifying complex issues, evaluating solutions, and delivering superior business results.Roles and Responsibility:<ul><li>Extensive Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in operational excellence roles, with a strong background in factory or manufacturing environments, particularly within unionized settings</li><li>Unionized Environment Expertise: Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive improvement initiatives in unionized workplaces, fostering positive labor-management relations.</li><li>5S Implementation: Proven track record in developing, deploying, and sustaining 5S workplace organization systems to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.</li><li>Lean Manufacturing Leadership: Deep understanding and hands-on application of Lean Manufacturing principles, including value stream mapping, waste elimination, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die): Experience in implementing SMED techniques to reduce setup times, increase flexibility, and optimize production flow.</li><li>Line Balancing: Expertise in analyzing and restructuring production lines for optimal workflow, resource utilization, and throughput.</li><li>OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness): Strong ability to measure, analyze, and improve OEE metrics, driving equipment reliability and productivity gains.</li><li>TPM (Total Productive Maintenance): Successful leadership in TPM programs, ensuring proactive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and engaging teams in equipment care.</li><li>Change Management: Skilled in leading change initiatives, training cross-functional teams, and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using data analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities, monitor progress, and deliver measurable business results.</li><li>Communication &amp; Leadership: Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities at all organizational levels</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>10+ Yrs of experience into operational excellence.</li><li>Postgraduate in Engineering. Graduates with relevant experience and/or MBA in Operations</li><li>Preferred Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Certified TPM facilitator</li><li>Proficiency in TPM – JM, PM, and / or Lean Six Sigma</li><li>Good understating of Daily Management System</li><li>Technical Knowledge on manufacturing process, planning and execution and presentation skills with good English fluency.</li><li>Knowledge of BI tools, Power BI, Tableau, AI &amp; Analytics would be an advantage.</li></ul>
