Role Summary: This role will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems during assigned shifts to ensure uninterrupted power supply, safe operations, and quick resolution of electrical faults.Roles and Responsibility:Operations &amp; Maintenance <ul><li>Operate and monitor electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, VFDs, etc</li><li>Monitor &amp; Troubleshooting OEM, Process equipment’s, EOT, Utility equipment’s like Fire pump, compressor, cooling tower, Etc.</li><li>Ensure continuous power supply and system availability during the shift</li><li>Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs</li><li>Maintain proper load management and energy efficiency</li></ul>Breakdown &amp; Trouble Shooting <ul><li>Attend electrical breakdowns promptly</li><li>Diagnosing faults in process equipment, Utility equipment’s, Electrical panels, cables, motors, MCCs, PDBs, lighting circuits, and power points</li><li>Coordinate with OEM / vendors for major electrical issues</li><li>Supporting emergency power restoration activities</li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Follow statutory safety norms and electrical safety procedures</li><li>Use appropriate PPE and adhere to LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with IS standards, local electrical authority norms, and site safety rules</li><li>Report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents immediately</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting <ul><li>Maintain shift logbooks and daily &amp; Monthly electrical checklists</li><li>Record breakdown details, maintenance activities, and meter readings</li><li>Update preventive maintenance records and work permits</li><li>Handover shift activities clearly to the next shift</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Support <ul><li>Project OEM vendor coordination for temporary power &amp; installation support.</li><li>Coordinate with mechanical, HVAC, fire, and BMS teams</li><li>Support project execution, shutdown activities, and audits</li><li>Assist in testing, commissioning, and energization of new installations</li></ul>Requirement<ul><li>Diploma in Electrical Engineering as educational qualification.</li><li>4-6 Years in relevant field of experience</li><li>Valid Electrical License as per local statutory requirement (Mandatory)</li><li>Female candidates are preferred first. </li><li>Knowledge of Electrical drawings &amp; single line diagrams and plant electrical systems</li><li>Hands-on experience in fault finding and safe isolation procedures</li><li>Good communication and coordination skill</li><li>Safety mindset</li></ul>
