Bring your energy to Aggreko as an International Tax Manager based in Glasgow.You’ll support the regional tax management for the acquired sub-groups within Europe.  Working with the Senior International Tax Manager you will provide support and guidance to your regional colleagues on a variety of compliance and advisory tax issues.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as an International Tax Manager: <ul><li>Regional Tax Management: Assist the Senior International Tax Manager with regional tax management responsibilities for Aggreko's acquired European sub-groups.</li><li>Compliance Activities: Oversee both tax compliance and transfer pricing compliance activities for the European acquired sub-group of companies.</li><li>Tax Advisory Projects: Get involved in various ad hoc regional tax advisory projects, including M&amp;A activity, corporate structuring, and cash repatriation.</li><li>Business Support: Provide support and guidance to regional colleagues by answering tax queries from the business.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver value-adding tax support and ensure the timely completion of projects for various stakeholders within Aggreko's European operations.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Qualified ICAS/ACCA and/or CTA or equivalent.</li><li>Combined UK and international tax experience, with a strong desire to further develop international tax and transfer pricing expertise within a multinational group.</li><li>Highly analytical with strong communication skills.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to influence diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing multiple deadlines under pressure.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day responsibilities.</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)   </li><li>Hybrid working   </li></ul><ul><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘   </li></ul><ul><li>Discounts &amp; perks   </li></ul><ul><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle  </li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
