They cultivate strong partnerships with site leaders, corporate business units, and cross functional Supply Chain teams to deliver consistent, value driven operational performance. The Manager II actively drives operational excellence through continuous improvement, accountability, transparent performance management, and the adoption of modern technologies and industry best practices.With full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of regional warehouses, this position ensures compliance with corporate safety goals, optimizes cost to serve, and strengthens long term supply chain resiliency.
