<ul><li>Supervise and inspect building systems specific to their discipline, including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, fire safety, plumbing, and energy systems.</li><li>Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Revizto, or BIM tools) to produce detailed layouts and schematics.</li><li>Develop sustainable and energy-efficient solutions that comply with regulations and environmental standards.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate building systems into overall designs.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, specifications, and calculations to support project needs.</li><li>Ensure compatibility and functionality of various building services systems within the structure.</li><li>Address challenges in integrating new systems into existing buildings or structures.</li><li>Ensure designs meet local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.</li><li>Conduct design reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance of designs.</li><li>Adopt advanced BIM modeling solutions, including computational engineering and digital delivery workflows through Revit, Revizto, ACC, and BIM 360 environments to enhance design automation and multidisciplinary coordination.</li></ul>
