Exhibit sound judgment and communicate clearly to Supervisor and co-workers when identifying/resolving problems, developing alternate solutions, asking questions for clarification/providing feedback.</li><li>Be able to prioritize/plan work demonstrating time efficiency, accuracy, and thoroughness to ensure quality products and processes.</li><li>Recommends changes in test methods/assembly process or equipment to Engineering.</li><li>Conducts operator training on the proper use of equipment and performs periodic maintenance.</li><li>Experience programming with LabView, python, or similar test and automation software is a plus.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>A.A. or B.S. degree in engineering (Electronic preferred) or equivalent technician experience such as with the Military or Technical School. </li><li>Must have knowledge of electronic circuit analysis and repair – have prior experience using a spectrum analyzer to test RF devices. </li><li>Must have good hand eye coordination, good manual dexterity.</li><li>Must have knowledge/experience with a multimeter, power supply, electronic test software/equipment.</li><li>Must have basic computer experience, and knowledge of MSWord and MS Excel.</li><li>Must be able to use schematics and blueprints to assemble test systems.</li><li>Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out written/oral/diagram form instructions and be able to deal with problems with concrete variables in standardized situations.</li><li>Will occasionally be in contact with moving mechanical equipment and will continuously be working near moving mechanical parts.</li></ul>Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).In our efforts to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace, Teledyne Relays requires that candidates complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment.  Salary Range: $45,300.00-$60,400.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
