The TPM manages programs assigned to subject-matter experts (SMEs) and project managers (PMs), aligns their work to collective goals, and ensures timely, on-budget delivery of projects spanning construction, transmission &amp; distribution (T&amp;D), licensing, process improvement, and security hardware/software. The TPM partners closely with the Controls Analyst to forecast budgets and resource needs and ensures all activities meet applicable regulatory requirements, cost, schedule, and scope. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead planning, execution, and integration of multiple concurrent programs driven by SMEs and PMs to achieve strategic objectives.</li><li>Assign, prioritize, and monitor program-level tasks; remove impediments and escalate risks to leadership.</li><li>Work with the Controls Analyst to develop and maintain accurate budget forecasts, resource plans, and schedule baselines; track variances and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure program deliverables meet regulatory, safety, and security requirements applicable to spent fuel storage and ISFSI operations.</li><li>Manage stakeholder engagement: coordinate between engineering, operations, licensing, security, procurement, contractors, and external regulators.</li><li>Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, and change control processes for assigned programs; maintain program documentation and reporting.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, prepare mitigation plans, and lead issue resolution across programs.</li><li>Support preparation for regulatory inspections, audits, and license amendments;
