We're looking for a Senior Engineer - Traffic to join our organization in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. With 12+ years of professional experience in traffic engineering and a proven track record leading large-scale urban master plan projects with high-rise development components, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of traffic management systems and infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to analyze traffic patterns, develop strategic solutions, and ensure efficient flow of operations across complex urban environments. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented approach, strong analytical capabilities, and a commitment to delivering organized, efficient solutions that meet our organization's evolving needs. <ul><li>Lead the design and development of traffic management systems and infrastructure solutions for large-scale urban master plan projects, with particular expertise in high-rise development integration and optimization</li><li>Analyze traffic patterns and data using advanced modeling and simulation tools to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and capacity constraints in complex urban environments</li><li>Conduct comprehensive traffic studies and feasibility assessments for new projects and infrastructure improvements, ensuring alignment with high-rise development requirements</li><li>Develop and implement traffic optimization strategies that enhance system performance, reduce congestion, and support sustainable urban growth</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, including urban planners, engineers, architects, and government agencies, to align traffic solutions with organizational and regional objectives on master plan initiatives</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of traffic systems, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and adaptive management</li><li>Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, translating complex engineering concepts for diverse audiences</li><li>Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical teams on assigned projects, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional development</li><li>Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in traffic engineering and urban infrastructure design</li><li>Ensure all designs and implementations comply with local Saudi Arabian infrastructure standards and regulations, while maintaining international engineering excellence</li></ul>
