<p>As a Recycling Centre Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in maintaining and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our recycling depot. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Supervise and lead a small team providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, and support</li><li>Ensure maximum operational uptime and processing volumes through efficient management of operational team</li><li>Responsible for all depot WHS governance, practices and improvements</li><li>Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders</li><li>Work on the ground with team when work volume demands are high</li><li>Maintain a professional and clean work environment staff and customers</li><li>Troubleshoot with Technician on RVM issues</li><li>Compliance with TOMRA SAFE Standards and Guidelines</li></ul>
