The Sales Manager will report to the Commercial Director and be responsible for driving superior sales performance for a significant area within the existing North Subregion, by coaching and developing his/her direct reports. The position will be field based in Mississauga, Ontario and will support the Ontario and Quebec sales team.   The Sales Manager’s role will be to strengthen the regional structure and sales model, build distinctive capabilities among his/her team and increase focus and accountability in the region. Primary performance objectives for the Sales Manager will be to deliver revenue growth (signings) through new and existing customers, ensure high retention/renewal rates and to drive pricing improvement and profitability. This position will partner closely with key stakeholders including General Manager, Business Managers, Commercial Director, Area Managers, Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), Commercial Technology (Central and Field), Central Sales, Asset Management, Onsite Business Development, Engineering, Logistics and Operations.
