This role assures effective supplier onboarding, manages performance (quality, cost, delivery, reliability), and minimizes supply chain risks through collaborative efforts.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Support Supplier On-boarding &amp; Audits: Facilitate the selection of suitable suppliers, contribute to audits, and manage risks during the on-boarding process.</li><li>Enhance Supplier Performance: Drive continuous improvement in supplier quality, delivery, and overall performance for assigned commodity areas.</li><li>Monitor &amp; Develop Product Quality: Oversee the quality of supplied products and services, ensuring they meet Aggreko's expectations and standards.</li><li>Analyze &amp; Mitigate Supply Chain Risks: Collect and analyse supplier quality data to identify risks and coordinate improvement actions to reduce them.</li><li>Manage New Product &amp; Change Control: Support the successful onboarding of new products (NPI/NPD) and manage change control activities, including PPAP and product approvals.</li><li>Address Non-Conformance: Proactively work with suppliers to correct, contain, and improve instances of product failure and non-conformance.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Education &amp; Certification: Higher education in Engineering or Quality Management, coupled with ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification (Lead Auditor preferred).</li><li>Supplier Quality Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in supplier quality assurance, including performing supplier audits and working within a high-value capital equipment manufacturing environment.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated skills in supplier management, on-boarding processes, advanced quality planning, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Improvement: Capable of collecting and analyzing quality-related data to assess operations, coordinate process improvements, and manage problems effectively using recognized techniques.</li><li>Quality System Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of ISO 9001 &amp; ISO 14001 standards, manufacturing processes, value engineering, and lean systems management techniques.</li><li>Interpersonal &amp; Communication Skills: Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of working independently, solving problems, and contributing as a team player.</li></ul>What you’ll get:<ul><li>A full-time role based in Pune.</li><li>Competitive Compensation &amp; Benefits</li><li>Dynamic &amp; Supportive Work Environment: Thrive in an innovative and forward-thinking culture that values your expertise and will foster professional growth.</li><li>Accelerate your career with dedicated pathways for advancement, access to specialised training programs and ample opportunities for skill enhancement.</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
