What you’ll do as Projects – Finance Analyst: <ul><li>Understand business requirements (including reporting) and the change impacts on wider Finance, acting as the intermediary between the two and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Engage with other streams within Finance (Order to Cash, Record to Report and Source to Pay) to gain a clear understanding of the financial process and alignment through the Global Process Owners network.</li><li>Responsible for creating and leading the partnership between the business and the wider Finance function.</li><li>Budgeting management for all Projects IPP, Solutions and UGMC</li><li>Monthly cost reviews with Projects Operations versus forecast and budget</li><li>Forecasting input to Tagetik for all Projects monthly costs.</li><li>Support Finance Business Partner Projects with project P&amp;L completion and review to support National Sales Team</li><li>Support modelling creation for the TC Underground Mine Cooling (UGMC) and Power for projects over $1m in collaboration with the business and the Finance Business Partner Projects</li><li>Regular use and expertise in M3, MDP, Power BI and Tagetik.</li></ul>  You are:<ul><li> Bachelor’s degree qualified in Accounting or Finance or Economics</li><li>Qualified or nearing completion of CPA or CA Qualifications is desirable</li><li>Experienced in a similar role with 5 year financial or management accounting experience preferably in the Energy Sector</li><li>Ideally experienced with M3 or similar ERP systems</li><li>Highly detailed orientated</li><li>Proactive and self-driven</li><li>Good people interaction skills.</li><li>Highly organised and able to work under pressure and meet timelines</li><li>Capable to an advanced level with Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Work from home for 2 days and 3 days in the office in Braeside. </li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li><li>Community volunteering program</li><li>A range of career development opportunities</li></ul> Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
