Analyze and prepare monthly financial results for management and interact with cross-functional teams on business issues impacting financial performance.</li><li>Promote and support optimal capital allocation decisions; assist with development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts. Support appropriation requests for capital projects and manufacturing investments.</li><li>Support and partner with Warrenton operations leadership in planning, measuring, and reporting on performance of business functions and opportunities to improve profitability through pricing, productivity, and cost efficiency initiatives.</li></ul>Provide finance support for the Warrenton manufacturing plant including:<ul><li>manufacturing performance reporting and KPI visibility</li><li>capital project tracking and CIP monitoring</li><li>inventory valuation support</li><li>excess and obsolete inventory review</li><li>standard variance analysis and cost monitoring</li><li>absorption and production analytics</li><li>Assist in management and administration of business systems and procedures; validate effectiveness of new procedures and update Sarbanes-Oxley documentation for changes affecting internal controls.</li><li>Develop customer-focused systems, processes, and metrics; perform assigned shared services tasks in accordance with standard work instructions.
