This role is crucial to the efficiency and effectiveness of our executives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of activities. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational, communication, people, and problem-solving skills. </p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><li><p>Calendar management: proactively manage and prioritize a complex, dynamic calendar with strategic intent</p></li><li><p>Travel coordination: plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency plans</p></li><li><p>Expense reporting: manage timely and accurate reconciliation of expenses</p></li><li><p>Cross-functional coordination: serve as a point of contact between executives and their direct reports, facilitating communication, follow-ups, and alignment across teams </p></li><li><p>Task and priority tracking: help the executives stay on top of key deliverables and follow-ups</p></li><li><p>Meeting coordination: schedule and manage logistics for internal and external meetings, including room bookings, agendas, and relevant materials </p></li><li><p>Project and event coordination: oversee or track special projects and events on the executives’ behalf</p></li><li><p>Internal communication: assist with drafting executive messages to the company and support internal alignment.</p></li></div></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><div><li><p>4+  years of relevant experience, including supporting C-level executives</p></li><li><p>Exceptional organizational and time management skills: ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands with calm efficiency</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication: can draft executive-level correspondence with polish and clarity</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail: meticulous execution of complex tasks</p></li><li><p>Proactive mindset, resiliency to changing environments, and collaborative</p></li><li><p>Discretion and professionalism: trusted to handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity</p></li><li><p>Availability and flexibility: while this is a standard business hours role, ability to flex availability occasionally outside normal working hours is expected — particularly to support executives traveling across time zones </p></li><li><p>Technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, productivity/collaboration tools, and travel and expense platforms</p></li></div></ul><br><div>We are building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
