<div>As our Senior Service Center Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations for the service warehouse, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, shipping, and other warehouse-related activities.  You will also plan, develop, and improve warehouse processes within our service centers.  Additionally, you are responsible for hiring and developing the service center teams across the network. You will assist us in transitioning to a more production-ready company.</div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li><p>Support vehicle operators in day-to-day operations, upholding a safety-centric, inclusive, and open communication culture.</p></li><li><p>Complete all administrative tasks concerning team management, including, but not limited to, timesheet approval &amp; schedule validation, and conduct written and oral performance feedback with direct reports at regular intervals. Engage with contractors assigned to Zoox to answer questions, provide information, and ensure they understand and execute their job assignments.</p></li><li><p>Manage daily warehouse operations within multiple facilities, including receiving, kitting, and cycle counting. </p></li><li><p>Work closely with other Team Leads and Program/Project Managers within Vehicle Operators to ensure their team stays aligned with Zoox’s overall goals. </p></li><li><p>Develop a strategy for making sure all our materials are delivered on time to our internal customers at the most efficient cost during a high-growth environment. You will also support the monitoring and management of budget forecasting and performance against the forecast.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement the safety guidelines to ensure team safety.</p></li><li><div><div><div><div><p>Travel domestically to our various service centers approximately 40%–50% of the time. When not traveling, regular onsite presence at the office is required.</p></div></div></div></div></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><div><li><p>Bachelors degree</p></li><li><p>8+ years of professional work experience in a product-based warehouse/logistics operations </p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience leading direct reports</p></li><li><p>Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - SAP preferred</p></li><li><p>Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality</p></li><li><p>Excellent driving history, and ability to lead and commute to different warehouse locations – must be flexible</p></li></div></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><div><li><p>Experience working with SAP (S4 Hana highly preferred)</p></li><li><p>Experience in automotive/fulfillment operations</p></li><li><p>Autonomous vehicle industry</p></li><li><p>Experience working with cross-functional teams in an NPI environment on go-to-market initiatives</p></li></div></ul><br>
