Every role contributes to that mission whether you’re engineering, driving sales, improving production, or supporting our customers.What You’ll DoAs an Apprentice Vehicle Builder, you’ll learn how to manufacture buses and coaches to customer and design specifications, working as part of a supportive operations team on the production line.You’ll develop hands‑on skills fitting and assembling components to vehicle body structures, while learning how to meet quality, safety, and build‑time standards. With guidance from experienced mentors and team leaders, you’ll gain practical experience, technical knowledge, and an understanding of how high‑quality vehicles are built in a safe and efficient environment.This is a great opportunity to begin a long‑term career in manufacturing and engineering.What We’re Looking ForYou’ll be enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn, with a positive attitude toward teamwork and personal development.
