AECOM is seeking a Scheduling Manager / Lead - Airport  to join our team.  This is a new position based out of Mississauga and will require someone to work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world. Major Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provides objective analysis and sound judgement with application of principles and techniques to evaluate and report project performance from concept study to construction &amp; startup including practical assessment of schedule completion and expected final cost.</li><li>Competencies include setup of work breakdown structure, establishing levels of control and detail, planning and scheduling, cost analysis and forecasting, progress measurement, earned value performance, risk analysis and change control.</li><li>Responsible for managing, controlling, forecasting and reporting schedule performance for projects throughout the organization. Services include setting up and managing project controls systems (including setup of work breakdown structure), capturing to-date progress and expenditure data, analyzing to-date performance data, forecasting at-completion performance data (EAC costs, hours), analyzing project risks (contingency management), managing change and incorporating scope variations into schedule and cost deliverables, and preparing associated reports.</li></ul>
