This position provides hands-on experience in shipping, inventory coordination, and logistics support while working closely with Customer Service, Inventory Deployment, and Transportation teams.The successful candidate will contribute to meeting operational service levels while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in a shipping office environment.Location:  90 Disco Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1M2 (<a href="http://www.google.com/maps/place/IPEX+Attwell/@43.7014252,-79.5961205,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x882b3a291202604b:0x6831cfd8a856197f!8m2!3d43.7014252!4d-79.5961205!16s%2Fg%2F11fxy1s549?entry=ttu&amp;g_ep=EgoyMDI2MDQyOC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D">view on google maps</a>)Work Schedule:  Mon-Fri;  8:30am – 4:30pmSalary:  $20.81/hour<h2>What You’ll do</h2><ul><li>Process incoming and outgoing orders and inventory transfers using internal operating systems</li><li>Support daily workload coordination by dispatching activities according to established service and quality standards</li><li>Prepare and complete shipping and customs documentation for LTL, truckload, pickups, and courier shipments</li><li>Assist with inventory preparation, replenishment, and cycle counting activities</li><li>Transfer inventory for bin location restocking and stock optimization as required</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order or transfer discrepancies</li><li>Interact professionally with drivers, carriers, and customers</li><li>Support customer complaint investigations when required</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><h2>What You’ll Bring</h2><ul><li>Currently enrolled in or recently completed a high school diploma or post-secondary studies</li><li>Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or customer service is considered an asset</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Experience working in an RF or warehouse management system environment is an asset</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities</li><li>Successful completion of a CTPAT background check is required</li></ul><h2>Why Join IPEX?</h2><ul><li>Hands-on experience in a professional distribution and logistics environment</li><li>Supportive, collaborative, and safety-focused workplace</li><li>Opportunity to gain practical exposure within a leading manufacturing organization</li><li>Be part of a team shaping infrastructure solutions that truly matter</li></ul><h2>Working Conditions</h2>Primarily office-based with occasional walking through warehouse and yard areas.
