What You’ll Do:<ul style=""><li>Own and manage day-to-day operations for a Lime for Business campus deployment, ensuring strong performance against operational KPIs, service expectations, and rider experience goals.</li><li>Lead a local team of 5–10 frontline operations and mechanic staff, providing coaching, structure, and clear accountability while fostering a positive, inclusive, and safety-first team culture.</li><li>Ensure fleet readiness across the campus, including vehicle availability, charging, maintenance coordination, rebalancing, cleanliness, and overall operational uptime.</li><li>Use data to identify trends, solve operational issues, improve processes, and enhance the customer and rider experience.</li><li>Serve as the onsite operational leader and trusted point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders, representing Lime with professionalism in a complex partner environment.</li><li>Partner closely with the Lime for Business Customer Success Manager to support partner needs, prepare for reviews, address service issues, and ensure strong day-to-day coordination.</li><li>Collaborate with the VP &amp; GM of Lime for Business and cross-functional teams to surface insights, resolve challenges, and improve operational performance.</li><li>Lead local operations in compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards, partnering with Facilities and Environmental, Health and Safety teams as needed.</li><li>Champion rider and vehicle safety as the top operational priority, including incident response, process adherence, training, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Build and refine repeatable operating procedures that improve consistency, reliability, and scalability across campus operations.</li><li>Support launches, onsite activations, special events, and periods of variable demand with strong planning and disciplined execution.</li><li>Help identify opportunities to improve how Lime for Business operates in complex campus settings and contribute to broader operational best practices.</li></ul>About You:<ul style=""><li>4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, service delivery, hospitality, transportation, or similar fields.</li><li>2+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, developing, and motivating frontline or early-career employees.</li><li>Demonstrated success driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of metrics and KPIs, with the ability to identify performance drivers and take action to improve results.</li><li>Comfortable working in a hands-on operational setting and willing to roll up your sleeves to keep things running smoothly.</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaborator who can work effectively with account-facing teams, operational partners, and senior business leaders.</li><li>Excellent communicator with the ability to present clearly and credibly to senior stakeholders using both data and sound operational judgment.</li><li>Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL is a plus.</li><li>Strong problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make thoughtful decisions in real time.</li><li>Customer-minded and relentlessly curious, with a strong instinct for understanding what riders and partners need.</li><li>Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow in a role with meaningful ownership and evolving scope.</li><li>Experience in healthcare, campus, enterprise, transportation, mobility, or other complex onsite operating environments is a plus.</li></ul>U.S. Based Position - What We Offer:<ul style=""><li>Comprehensive Health &amp; Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans.
