This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, managing customer relationships, and closing deals without face‑to‑face interaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Proactively identify and engage new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling</li><li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, and decision‑making authority</li><li>Present products or services virtually, clearly explaining value propositions and benefits</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (revenue, quota, activity metrics)</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, account management, and customer success teams</li><li>Follow up with prospects to address questions, objections, and next steps</li><li>Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, competitors, and industry trends</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>3–5 years of combined experience in IT sales, inside sales, or technology‑focused sales roles (depending on seniority)</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to handle objections and close deals remotely</li><li>Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft)</li><li>Results‑driven mindset with strong time management and organization skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience selling technology, SaaS, or subscription‑based solutions</li><li>Cold calling and outbound prospecting experience</li><li>Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Salesforce Forecast, etc.)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast‑paced, metric‑driven environment</li></ul><h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
