May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Ensuring Quality requirements are met for the incoming materials (Raw materials, Bought out).</li><li>Use of SAP-REIWA for Quality management.</li><li>Handling Non-Conformities / Quality Notifications. Document and manage non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)</li><li>Reduction in Test Failures &amp; COPQ, improving the overall Q&amp;O performance and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate with Supplier, SQA for quality improvement and resolution of NCRs. Lead/support RCA process, with deeper analysis of the issue in case of NCRs or quality issues. Work with experts to roll out latest developments in the process.
