Take this unique opportunity and grow together with the rapidly evolving organization.How you’ll make an impact:<ul><li>Contribute to determining strategy for area of responsibility, aligning with wider strategy, implementing, and adjusting in implementation as needed.</li><li>Oversee the business planning process for the area of responsibility and serve as the interface to country RE head, department colleagues and HQ. Evaluate financial implications of various business decisions and recommend actions.</li><li>Contribute to definition of key performance indicators. Monitor financial performance of the function, support in analyzing the performance levels in key service providers for RE portfolio and manage the performance dashboards.</li><li>Responsible of Real Estate data management, generating reports on RE occupancy for PG India Real Estate cluster.</li><li>Drive appropriate cost structure and productivity optimization.</li><li>Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Define and implement internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines. Support internal and external audits.</li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives that support strategic goals.
