The Candidate Technologist serves as a capable professional in an architectural design team, leading work on specific elements of a project with minimal direction and supervision of a Senior Architect or designated senior team members.  Here is what you will be doing:<ul><li>Architectural Design</li><li>BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance, completeness &amp; accuracy) </li><li>Design co-ordination (within Architecture &amp; Cross Discipline)</li><li>Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.</li><li>Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.</li><li>Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.</li><li>Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.</li><li>Under some supervision, may complete design assignments of moderate to high complexity.</li><li>Limited familiarity with codes, permits, and software applications related to the discipline.</li><li>Introduced to the process of preparing designs and drawings using project specifications and discipline-associated written and verbal instructions in accordance with established design practices, standards and procedures.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced understanding of the purpose and use of vendor documents. </li><li>Introduced to the process of performing material take-offs for the discipline.</li></ul>
