As our defence portfolio of work continues to expand, our Building Engineering team is looking to appoint a Principal Mechanical Engineer. We’re seeking a highly skilled technical leader who thrives on delivering quality design solutions across a broad range of sectors.Whilst our preference is Adelaide, this role can also be based in Brisbane or Melbourne. How you’ll make a difference:<ul><li>Utilise your extensive mechanical design experience to deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes across health, defence, transport, data centre, sports, and other major building projects across ANZ.</li><li>Lead mechanical design packages on key client projects, taking ownership of technical delivery and providing rigorous design review to ensure excellence and compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality across calculations, specifications, and detailed design documentation.</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, supporting their technical development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and clients, contributing to successful project outcomes and repeat business.</li></ul>
