The QA/QC Manager will be embedded on the Engineering team and serve as the owner’s quality representative, ensuring that all construction—whether self-performed or executed by subcontractors—meets the intent of design drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes. This role spans the full project lifecycle, from design through construction completion and turnover, and is expected to engage proactively during design to identify quality requirements, constructability concerns, and inspection hold points before construction begins. The QA/QC Manager will also contract and coordinate third-party special inspections where required by code or contract. This role works closely with project management, infrastructure engineering, project controls, and procurement, and interfaces directly with construction managers, site superintendents, construction engineers, and subcontractors.Responsibilities will include: <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Lead and develop the project QA/QC function, including direct oversight of internal inspectors, QC coordinators, and third-party inspection personnel;
